Stativum is the authorized US partner. Your purchase contract is with Stativum; we handle the factory order, payment and delivery coordination end to end.

Specs lock when your order is confirmed — that's what the confirmation step is for. We go through every detail before anything is placed.

What's covered by warranty?

The frame carries a manufacturer warranty — details confirmed at quote. Hardware and upholstery are serviceable.
